Another option for learning online. This site is designed to be used in conjunction with a harp teacher. They have some of the top names- Sunita Stanislaw and Kim Robertson number among their teachers. They cover a range of topics- from techniques (like harmonics, flipping levers, arpeggios, etc) to creative improvisation and repetoir. But the pieces are taught note by note, and fingering is not discussed. The teacher will play a piece and then discuss issues in playing it, and how to play it best. The cost (at least as of now) is much lower than either Harp School or Coursera: just under $50 for a full year of access.
